Description:

The school opened on 13 February 1882 as St Mary's, and later became St Joseph's. It was integrated in 1983.

Scope and contents:

The collection includes an early roll book, which has details of the fees paid by pupils. There are admission, progress and withdrawal registers from 1919, and inspection reports from 1915 onwards. There is a large amount of correspondence for the 1970s and 1980s and minute books relating to the Home and School Association. There are registers of progress and achievement from the 1970s and 1980s.
