The Archives holds a number of collections:
• Records and documents of Massey University and its antecedent institutions including Massey Agricultural College, Palmerston North University College, Palmerston North College of Education and Wellington Polytechnic.
• Archives relating to disciplines taught and researched at Massey University.
• Archives of organisations affiliated with Massey University.
• Personal papers of notable staff and students of these institutions.
• Personal papers of notable New Zealand individuals.
• Archives of community, cultural, professional and other societies, clubs and organisations.
• Archives of businesses.

The collections include minutes, correspondence files, reports, financial records, photographs, maps and plans, audio-visual material, digital material and museum objects.

Charges:

Entry and retrieval is free. The first hour of researching on behalf of researchers who cannot come to the Archives is free, and a charge of $30 per hour is applies thereafter. Photocopying is charged at 10c per page. Any other expenses are charged at cost.
