This is a paper given in 1994 by Therese Angelo and the full title is "Sorting the fact from the fiction: the History of Wigram and the 'Gift' Land".

The papers are mostly original and include land purchase documents, a map, a poster, souvenir booklets and the typescript of a newspaper article. The 1918 map shows farms in Cargans, Co.

The leaflet is dated Wednesday, 14 February, but no year is given.

Contents include Home Guard papers, maps and song; papers on monetary reform, the Waterfront Industry Tribunal (1971-1974) and the contested sacking of the Waitaki County Engineer in 1975. K.G.
