This collection formerly belonged to Ronald Queenin and consists of short histories, photographs, timetables and ephemera relating to bus companies operating in the Auckland area. This folder holds of copies of material held at the Otahuhu Historical Society along with original photographs, newspaper clippings and journal articles, handwritten letters and bus passes.
Ronald Queenin worked as the manager of the Auckland Stagecoach Bus Company depot in Stoddard Road, Mt Roskill until his retirement.

Includes information about the original horse drawn buses, mechanical and structural information relating to buses, meeting minutes, timetables and one bus route map.

Wheeler and Sons; Whenuapai Bus Services and The Yellow Bus Company. Brief information is given on the following companies: The Hospital Bus Company; Tui Bus Services; Shears Coach Lines; North Shore Ferries; Cheltnam Bus Company; Manurewa Bus Company; Papakura Bus Services; Pukekohe Pilot Services; Shaws; Tauranga Bus Company; New Zealand Railways Road Services; Cityline and Stagecoach Bus Services. There is a copy of an article with photographs on Partington’s Mill and the demolition of the mill. Includes black and white photographs of two members on the Board of Directors for The Yellow Bus Company, Barry Turley, Chief Executive, The Yellow Bus Company and Ross Poole, Chairman, Managing Director of Bridge Freight Ltd.
